The Philippines and Steel. Two things close to my heart. Thus, my first stamp feature depict these 2 things.
I believe there are 4 stamps to this set. I have never found the one that will make my set complete - but still I am happy I have these 3. I've had these stamps even before I joined NSC.
Because there is not much information on Philippine stamps, I just assumed they were issued around 1970, when the idea of an Integrated Steel Mill in Iligan was born.
